HOW WE DO THIS
We run online training programs leading to group workshops, one to one coaching, proactive employment preparation, employer engagement, and networking events. Our process fuses our expertise in Acting, Public Communication and Digital Technology.
All our live courses are tailored to the group and individuals booked into the sessions.
Free training:
Funded by the Scottish Government and Hunter Foundation SIP Fund, we are able to provide discretionary free training for qualifying participants.
Coming soon Paid Subscriptions:
Options include student, yearly & monthly subscriptions as well as individual course purchases. Everyone in society is equal but some have more advantages. Career coaching, so far, has been a costly luxury available to those already benefiting from social inequalities enlarged over the last 35 years. Therefore, our contribution to levelling up is for 20% of paid-for subscriptions to fund this opportunity, and extra-curricular resources, for the most disadvantaged members.
When Covid Restrictions Allow:
Masterclass, digital training workshops, other career development sessions and drop in support will be run in our Edinburgh Hub and in partner hubs in Glasgow.
Limited spaces are free to those that self-identify as minority ethinic or from marginalised groups.
This offer is also open to refugees and migrants who work in low paid jobs or are unemployed with the right to work in the UK. Currently the course is delivered online making it easy to support a larger group of people.
Course start 1st February 2021 weekly live coaching sessions: 11am-1pm
