About the job

This is an exciting opportunity to join the company at a key stage of growth.

The Marketing and Social Media Executive will have a comprehensive overview of the marketing process,

market research and promotional activity in relation to the company’s clients. You will use digital marketing

techniques via social media, email, and website content to reach and support existing and potential clients.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop compelling social media content (including text & imagery mainly via Canva) that is on-brand, and drives engagement with our target audience (guided by the director)

  • Support the promotion of the company on its Business LinkedIn page

  • Posting approved content for website and social channels

  • Write and promote blogs (desirable but not essential)

  • Upload, manage and promote written content

  • Manage social media content calendar

  • Increase and nurture social media engagement, monitor engagement in a tangible way

  • Improve existing client relationships with emails/other engagement

  • With assistance from members of the team, learning how to develop, implement and manage a social media strategy

  • Conducting social media listening and social media monitoring

  • Write, send, and manage email campaigns (TBC)

  • Support any activity on the Economic Lead Global’s Customer Management System

Promoting human resources as the engine of economic and social development will entail designing and implementing training and development programmes to provide financial support to young women.
