About the job

Dechomai is seeking someone to assume the following responsibilities:

  • Answering client emails

  • reaching out to our customers + partners and coordinating plans and schedules
    making and receiving phone calls

  • organising and planning schedules

Creating and managing social media posts.

Requirements

This role would suit an enthusiastic person with some experience of working in a business/office environment who can demonstrate that they are:

  • Organised and confident in dealing with new people (in person and emails/calls)
    Basic experience with the Office365 suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Forms, Outlook, Teams

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

  • Familiar with modern browsers

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Comfortable working with senior management/exec level and liaising with external partners

  • Confident to deal with people face to face or over the phone

  • Confident with Creating and scheduling social media posts.

The organisation was founded by Bayile  Adeoti, a social entrepreneur and hospitality industry expert, after  realising the need for more female role models and entrepreneurs from  BME origins.
